Aberdeen’s signature winter Appetizer. If we could put New Orleans on a plate, this’d be it! Crawfish Dip served warm with French Bread. Please allow 10 minutes cook time

Etouffee – A Cajun tradition that begins with with Celery, Onion, and Bell Pepper and is finished by a light roux, sautéed shrimp and white rice

Grilled – skewered & grilled to perfection served with drawn butter, wild rice & vegetables

Blackened – skewered & blackened in the tradition of New Orleans, served with drawn butter, wild rice & vegetables

Fried – hand-breaded & fried, served with cocktail sauce, seasoned waffle fries & Spicy Cole Slaw

Coconut – battered in a home-made coconut blend, then fried & served with a sweet Thai Chili sauce, seasoned waffle fries & Spicy Cole Slaw
