Etouffee – A Cajun tradition that begins with with Celery, Onion, and Bell Pepper and is finished by a light roux, sautéed shrimp and white rice
Grilled – skewered & grilled to perfection served with drawn butter, wild rice & vegetables
Blackened – skewered & blackened in the tradition of New Orleans, served with drawn butter, wild rice & vegetables
Fried – hand-breaded & fried, served with cocktail sauce, seasoned waffle fries & Spicy Cole Slaw
Coconut – battered in a home-made coconut blend, then fried & served with a sweet Thai Chili sauce, seasoned waffle fries & Spicy Cole Slaw
Orleans – a cream-based pasta sauce, anchored by the Holy Trinity of Cajun cooking (celery, onion & bell pepper), with shrimp and andouille sausage over a bed of linguini
Po’ Boy – Flash fried shrimp on a toasted hoagie with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo served with seasoned waffle fries
